Holiday House To Let

This house is situated in the gentle county of Suffolk, in Aldeburgh, a small seaside town on the Suffolk Heritage Coast. The holiday home has three bedrooms, a large kitchen and open-plan dining room, a rear patio leading onto a garden, front garden with space for two cars and is only minutes walk from the sea-front and Aldeburgh village. The house is ideal accommodation for a family or group of friends. Aldeburgh is a quiet, unspoilt resort which grew on the site of a medieval fishing and boat building centre.

Apart from the gorgeous surrounding countryside the village has a famous 16th century moot hall, still in use today and a flint stone church with a 14th century tower. The town has become a centre of music owing largely to Benjamin Britten and Peter Pears who lived and worked there. Nearby is the village of Snape which has the Britten Pears School for Advanced Music and an annual festival.
